Refund policy
RETURN POLICY ON FURNITURE, LIGHTING, RUGS, ART, WALLCOVERINGS, FABRIC
All orders are final. No returns or exchanges. You have 24 hours to request a cancellation on an order IF the order has not been processed with the shipping department.
You must report any damage within 48 hours. Please follow these steps to place a claim with Blu Home.
1. Order/Invoice number and contact information
2. Photos of the original shipping box, clearly showing any damage to the package.
3. Photos of the damaged item.
4. If you wish to receive a replacement, refund or credit.
Email these photos and details to info@shopbluhome.com. Once we have received your claim, we will review the information and submit a claim to the shipper. We will then follow up with a resolution as soon as possible and may have additional questions.
RETURN POLICY ON CLOTHING, JEWELRY, SUNGLASSES, HATS AND BAGS
In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with original receipt, attached tags, unworn and in original condition. Online orders have 14 days to return with attached tags, unworn and in original condition. ALL sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and must be sent to the address below:

RETURN POLICY ON HOME DECOR, CANDLES/DIFFUSERS, HOME ACCESSORIES AND PILLOWS
In store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 5 days with original receipt, attached tags, and in original condition. Online purchases may be returned within 14 days for a store credit, but same conditions as previously stated apply. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and must be sent to the address below:
