Shipping policy
Lead times, shipping times and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to industry delays and disruptions as well as orders that ship early. Especially during the holidays.
White glove services are additional and added to invoices when applicable. Customer is responsible for any incurred storage fees, separate or multiple deliveries, or held shipment charges should you choose to delay shipment. Items must be inspected for damage upon delivery and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customer is responsible for measuring their space (doorways, elevators, stairways, etc.) before buying products to ensure that they will fit into their home. Blu Home does not manage deliveries or installation of items.
You must report any damage within 48 hours. Please follow these steps to place a claim with Blu Home.
1. Order/Invoice number and contact information
2. Photos of the original shipping box, clearly showing any damage to the package.
3. Photos of the damaged item.
4. If you wish to receive a replacement, refund or credit.
Email these photos and details to info@shopbluhome.com. Once we have received your claim, we will review the information and submit a claim to the shipper. We will then follow up with a resolution as soon as possible and may have additional questions.
Clothing, jewelry, sunglasses, hats and bags ship via FedEx or UPS within 1-2 business days of purchase (not including weekends or holidays).
